New 50,700-square-foot outlet by luxury home furnishings brand RH reinforces Paramus’ status as a premier retail destination
PARAMUS, N.J. (April 27, 2026) — Levin Management Corporation (LMC) announced that RH Outlet has opened at Ikea Drive Plaza, located at 200 Ikea Drive in Paramus. The luxury home furnishings brand, known for its upscale, design-driven collections, relocated from another location in Paramus to a new 50,700-square-foot freestanding building at the center.
LMC serves as leasing and managing agent for Ikea Drive Plaza, where the lease was arranged by Vanessa Fernandez and Ed Vasconcellos, leasing representatives at LMC, who represented ownership in the transaction. Curtis Nassau and Patrick Brake of RIPCO Real Estate represented RH Outlet.
RH Outlet offers customers access to RH’s signature furniture, lighting, textiles, décor and outdoor collections at outlet pricing.
