FALLS CHURCH, Va. (Dec. 17, 2025) – 168 Nail Supply, a nail supply superstore, has signed a 12,500-square-foot lease at Crossroads Place, a 340,000-square-foot Giant- and Burlington-anchored shopping center along Leesburg Pike in Falls Church. The deal brings the property to 100% leased. It also introduces a new specialty use to the center’s roster of national, regional and local retailers.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as managing agent for Crossroads Place. Rappaport's Melissa Webb, who represents LMC locally, arranged the lease on behalf of property ownership. JC Wynkoop of Wynkoop Realty represented the tenant, 168 Nail Supply.
