Levin Adds Two New Tenants at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township, N.J.

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Poke Bros Lease a Combined 4,100 SF

Two new tenants are coming to Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township. The latest additions at the 175,000-square-foot Mercer County shopping center include Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (2,400 square feet) and fast- casual restaurant concept Poke Bros (1,720 square feet).

Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as leasing and managing agent for Hamilton Plaza, which sits at the intersection of heavily traveled Route 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road. Ed Vasconcellos III, LMC leasing representative, spearheaded both leases on behalf of the landlord. C.J. Huang of Equity represented Ivy Rehab; Joe Sternberg at NAI Mertz represented Poke Bros.

The new Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy at Hamilton Plaza joins Ivy Rehab Network’s footprint of more than 100 New Jersey locations. It will provide treatments such as balance and fall prevention, chronic pain management, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, orthopedic therapy, post-surgical treatment and much more.

Poke Bros serves sushi-grade fish or proteins and farm-fresh vegetables in an authentic Hawaiian poké bowl. Founded in 2016, the chain currently has 80 stores – and counting – in multiple states. The Hamilton Plaza Poke Bros will be the second area location for its operator.

“Healthcare and dining concepts are both excellent traffic drivers that contribute significantly to a retail property’s ‘destination’ mix,” said Vasconcellos. “We are extremely pleased to have assisted Ivy Rehab in selecting the right location for its newest regional physical therapy facility. Likewise, Poke Bros is a quality, fresh addition that rounds out Hamilton Plaza’s dining component, which also includes a new Habit Burger Grill set to open this spring. We are excited to bring these new businesses to the Hamilton community.”

Anchored by an 81,000-square-foot, high-volume ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza draws 3.1 million visitors per year, according to real-time traffic data from Placer.ai. The center’s tenant roster also includes The Goodwill Store, Dollar Tree, Petco, Mattress Firm, Norman’s Hallmark, Texas Roadhouse, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Moe’s Southwest Grill, A Slice of Brooklyn and Queen Bee Nail Salon. Hamilton Plaza serves a residential population of more than 192,000 people within a five-mile radius.
