Financial Professional Brings More than 15 Years of Experience to New Role
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced the appointment of Rose Meno as controller. The Succasunna, N.J., resident brings more than 15 years of experience to her new position at the North Plainfield-based commercial real estate services firm.
Meno has expertise in all facets of real estate and property management accounting and finance. At LMC, she is working alongside Chief Operations Officer Paul Tavaglione, with a variety of responsibilities. This includes financial reporting, cash flow management, and overseeing vendor payments and tenant receivables, among other duties. She also provides clients with exceptional customer service and day-to- day support.
“Levin Management has an impressive reputation in the real estate industry,” said Meno. “The firm’s corporate culture, longevity, vision, and opportunities for personal and professional growth make it an attractive place to work. I am excited to advance my career with this dynamic organization, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Meno was portfolio controller for a leading property management firm. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in public accounting, from Pace University.
“Rose is an excellent addition to our growing accounting department, and we are pleased to welcome her to Levin Management,” said Tavaglione. “Her team-centered mindset, motivational leadership, and wealth of practical experience in both real estate and finance are tremendous assets for our day-to-day operations, particularly during this time of significant company and portfolio expansion.”
