Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center, a eight-building, 700,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse complex in Piscataway’s I-287 corridor. The Middlesex County complex is located in the heart of New Jersey’s I-287 industrial corridor.  LMC also serves as the Construction Manager for the 77,699-square-foot spec warehouse at 30 Duke Road development, which broke ground in early 2023 and was delivered in Q4 2023. A single-story building featuring 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 13 bays, an ESFR sprinkler system and 2,000-amp electrical service.  The building was leased prior to completion with Carrier HVAC Solutions.
