Vanessa Kelty joined Levin Management Corporation in 2015 as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Senior Leasing Representative in 2019. Prior to joining Levin, she was a specialty leasing manager at Westfield Corporation, where she provided leasing services for three malls in Connecticut. She also spent several years at Vornado Realty Trust, providing construction coordination services for the firm’s mall tenants. Vanessa is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and a member of ICSC.

Vanessa is a multiple-time recipient of CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award for Top Retail Leasing Brokers in Northern New Jersey. She also has been recognized as part of Levin Management’s award-winning leasing team, including Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s (MAREJ) Best of awards for top leasing and broker teams and Connect CRE’s 2026 New York & Tri-State Top Broker Award.
