Matthew K. Harding, CCIM, guides Levin Management Corporation’s strategic growth and operations, and has spearheaded a significant, sustained expansion period for the firm. A well-informed thought leader in the areas of property repositioning and renovation, he regularly shares insight on emerging industry trends, challenges and best practices with real estate and business publications and news outlets. He sits on Levin’s Board of Directors, and also serves as a director of Provident Financial Services Inc. and Provident Bank. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gill St. Bernard’s School.
Matthew has been affiliated with Levin Management since 1986. He originally handled leasing of the Levin portfolio as Executive Vice President at Paul Lawrence Realty Associates for 10 years. Matthew joined Levin’s in-house team in 1996 as Senior Vice President/Deputy Chief Operating Officer. He was named President/Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and assumed his current title of Chief Executive Officer in 2019. In 2026, he marked his 40-year milestone with Levin Management Corporation.
Matthew is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
