Fred Younkin joined Levin Management Corporation in 2020. Prior to joining Levin, he was a tenant representative and landlord consultant at Arrow Real Estate Services. Previously, he held leasing positions at Brixmor Property Group, CBRE/Fameco and The Shopping Center Group (TSCG). Fred is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania, and a member of ICSC.

Fred is a multiple-time recipient of CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award for Top Retail Leasing Brokers in Northern New Jersey. He also has been recognized as part of Levin Management’s award-winning leasing team, including Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s (MAREJ) Best of awards for top leasing and broker teams and Connect CRE’s 2026 New York & Tri-State Top Broker Award.
