Ed Vasconcellos III joined the Levin Management Corporation leasing team in 2021. Prior to joining Levin, he was a leasing representative at Brookfield Properties and previously held positions at The Dartmouth Company and Robert K. Futterman & Associates. Ed earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and holds membership in ICSC and the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.

Ed is a multiple-time recipient of CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award for Top Retail Leasing Brokers in Northern New Jersey. He also has been recognized as part of Levin Management’s award-winning leasing team, including Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s (MAREJ) Best of awards for top leasing and broker teams and Connect CRE’s 2026 New York & Tri-State Top Broker Award.
