E.J. Moawad joined Levin Management Corporation in 2016 as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Senior Leasing Representative in 2022. Prior to joining Levin, he was Senior Leasing Director at NJR Group for 10 years. E.J. is a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and New York and a member of ICSC.

E.J. is a multiple-time recipient of CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award for Top Retail Leasing Brokers in Northern New Jersey. He was also named to New York Real Estate Journal’s (NYREJ) 2024 Ones to Watch: Rising Stars. E.J. has been recognized as part of Levin Management’s award-winning leasing team, including Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s (MAREJ) Best of awards for top leasing and broker teams and Connect CRE’s 2026 New York & Tri-State Top Broker Award.
