30 Duke Road marks the second spec project to break ground at Rutgers Industrial Center in a 12-month period. The single-story building features 40-foot clear ceiling heights and 13 bays, and is slated for delivery in Q4 2023. Levin is the long-time asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center. The industrial/warehouse complex now includes seven buildings totaling approximately 650,000 square feet.
