Milestone Marks 100% Leased for Levin Management Managed and Leased Center
Flemington, N.J. – August 13,2025 – The Flemington community got an early look at its newest retail destination last night with the soft opening of Target at Flemington Marketplace, managed and leased by Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The event, which featured a ribbon cutting with community leaders, the Target store team, and LMC representatives, precedes the store’s grand opening celebration on Sunday, August 17th.
The arrival of Target marks a significant milestone for Flemington Marketplace — the center is now 100% leased. LMC’s leasing, property management, construction, and marketing teams collaborated closely to bring this high-profile tenant to the property, further enhancing its value and appeal to the community.

Flemington Marketplace, located at 325 U.S. Highway 202, is a 240,000-square-foot shopping center that draws approximately 1.9 million annual visits, according to Placer.ai. Target is the newest anchor, occupying 75,500 square feet and featuring a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and a grocery section. The center is also anchored by Kohl’s, ALDI, and Michaels. Additional tenants include Panera Bread, Poke Café, Verizon, Chili’s, Cold Stone Creamery, and a nail salon. Coming soon to the center are Norman’s Hallmark and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The grand opening of Target at Flemington Marketplace will take place on Sunday, August 17th, with special festivities and promotions planned for the community.
