Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has expanded its busy marketing team with the addition of Hayley Yurowitz as marketing specialist. The appointment comes at a time of strong growth and transaction volume for the vertically integrated, North Plainfield-based commercial real estate services provider.
A resident of Little Falls, N.J., Yurowitz brings to her new role expertise in all facets of brand development, visual storytelling and strategic content creation. At LMC, she is working alongside Melissa Sievwright, vice president of marketing, with a variety of responsibilities. This includes supporting corporate and property-level marketing initiatives, event coordination, social media and content management, email marketing, graphic design and digital advertising.
“Levin is a well-respected organization with a strong foothold in the commercial real estate industry,” said Yurowitz. “I look forward to helping build on that foundation by applying my experience in brand storytelling and strategic marketing to support the firm’s properties, tenants and clients. I’m excited to come on board with this dynamic organization and contribute to its ongoing success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Yurowitz was a marketing assistant at Urban Edge Properties, where she contributed to upholding and enhancing the company’s brand identity and helped to ensure consistency across all communication channels. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from University at Albany, SUNY and a master’s degree in communication and media studies from Rutgers University.
“Along with direct and proven commercial real estate experience, Hayley brings great enthusiasm, creativity and a strong work ethic to our team,” said Sievwright. “Her fresh perspective and collaborative mindset have already brought a new level of momentum to the department, and we are confident her contributions will continue to support our marketing strategies in new and exciting ways.”
LMC’s marketing department plays a critical role in positioning the firm and its leadership as authorities in the commercial real estate industry, and supporting the company's leasing and property management efforts. The team’s collaborative process is tailored to specific property and client needs, incorporating the production of print and digital materials, social media campaigns and public relations initiatives to help raise brand awareness and get leasing deals done.
The department addition comes at a time of continued growth for LMC, which supports a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of 125 properties totaling more than 16 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. The firm achieved near-record leasing activity in 2024, completing more than 1 million square feet in transactional activity.
With a track record spanning more than seven decades, LMC serves institutional, family office and high-net-worth investors/owners. LMC’s full suite of capabilities includes property management, leasing, financial management and reporting, construction management and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services.
LMC has distinguished itself as a firm large enough to excel in assignments of any scale while employing a hands-on, proprietary approach in every facet of its business. The firm’s capabilities continue to evolve with new technologies, efficiencies and sustainability-focused initiatives to serve a new generation of properties, investors and tenants.
