LMC serves as asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center in Piscataway, an industrial/warehouse property, now with seven buildings totaling approximately 651,000 square feet. The Middlesex County complex is located in the heart of New Jersey’s I-287 industrial corridor.  Building 3 is a 118,070-square-foot industrial building and U.S.A. Container Co., Inc. is the tenant.
