Levin Arranges 3,400-SF Lease at Middlesex County Retail Property
NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J., June 22, 2021 – Wu's Shanghai Dumpling House is coming to North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 124,000-square-foot property. LMC Leasing Representative Ed Vasconcellos III arranged the 3,400-square-foot, long-term lease.
The upcoming second location at North Village Shopping Center will be the flagship of the popular New Jersey restaurant, originally established in Edison, NJ. Inspired by 50 years of experience cooking in Shanghai restaurants, Wu’s hand-made dumplings and hearty offerings are sought-after for their traditional flavors and quality ingredients. Standout features include scallion and pumpkin pancakes, herbal matcha bubble tea, savory ramen-like noodle soups, and a robust variety of dim sum.

The center serves a growing residential population of 128,000 people within a three-mile radius.
Two retail availabilities (7,000 SF and 1,500 SF) remain at North Village Shopping Center.
