Fast-Casual Concept Leases 2,000 SF at Levin-Managed Center

HARRISBURG, Pa., March 9, 2020 – Fast-casual Asian restaurant Teriyaki Madness has leased 2,000 square feet at High Pointe Commons, becoming the latest tenant to join the dining component at this regional shopping center in Harrisburg. Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 325,000-square-foot property.

LMC Senior Leasing Representative Sidney Singer arranged the lease on behalf of High Pointe Commons; Erica Schiffman from Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Teriyaki Madness offers made-to-order dishes prepared with fresh, all-natural ingredients served in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The menu allows guests to choose their protein – such as chicken, beef or tofu – paired with a base (rice or noodles), desired vegetables and choice of sauce to create a fully customized bowl.

Shadow-anchored by high-volume Target and JCPenney stores, along with junior anchor Christmas Tree Shops, High Pointe Commons is home to a mix of national and regional retail concepts, service providers and restaurants such as Orangetheory Fitness, Petco, Mattress Firm, T-Mobile, GameStop, Lane Bryant, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Subway, Chili’s, Famous Footwear, GNC, Tropical Smoothie Café, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Friendly’s, among others.

High Pointe Commons serves as the focal point of a mixed-use development strategically positioned off Exit 2 of I-283. The property serves a residential population of more than 150,000 people within a five-mile radius and a daytime population of 121,000 within those same five miles.

LMC currently is marketing space availabilities at High Pointe Commons ranging from 2,700 square feet to 7,600 square feet.
