Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center, a eight-building, 700,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse complex in Piscataway’s I-287 corridor. The Middlesex County complex is located in the heart of New Jersey’s I-287 industrial corridor. LMC served as the Construction Manager for the 30,210-square-foot spec warehouse at 101 Circle Drive North development, which broke ground in mid-2022 and was completed in April 2023.  Electronics manufacturer RCF USA is the tenant.
