Levin Management Corporation is redeveloping the former grocery store at Middlesex Corner, reconfiguring the 25,874-square-foot freestanding building into space for two high-quality retailers. Planet Fitness now occupies a portion of the building, bringing a strong daily traffic driver to the center. A second tenant announcement is coming soon, further advancing the property’s repositioning and enhancing its long-term value.
