Tower Health Urgent Care to Open New Location at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, Pa.
Levin Management Arranges 4,200-SF Lease at Popular Shopping Center
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 21, 2020 – Tower Health Urgent Care will open a new 4,200-square-foot location at Bradford Plaza in West Chester. The 161,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center, located at 700 Downington Pike, is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management Corporation (LMC).
LMC Vice President of Leasing Sidney Singer arranged the long-term lease on behalf of the landlord. Michael Reese of Jackson Cross Partners represented the tenant.
The new Tower Health Urgent Care location, part of regional integrated healthcare provider Tower Health, will offer patients access to comprehensive care 365 days a year. Tower Health currently operates a network of 25 urgent care facilities with four more currently under construction. All locations offer convenient access to skilled providers and specialize in treating minor injuries and common illnesses.

Anchored by Giant foods, Bradford Plaza is home to national retailers like Petco, Dollar Tree, AT&T and Walgreens. The center also includes Orangetheory Fitness, a Giant Fuel Station, PA Wine and Spirits, and a complementary mix of local restaurants and service providers. More than 107,000 people comprise a growing population within a five-mile radius of the center.
Space availabilities at Bradford Plaza range from 1,300 square feet to 3,700 square feet. A 4,300-square-foot proposed pad site – with drive-thru opportunity – also is available.
