Wireless Network Operator to Occupy 2,400 Square Feet
MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., March 23, 2017 – Wireless voice and data communications services provider T-Mobile has leased 2,400 square feet at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly. The 179,000-square-foot Burlington County shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management Corporation (LMC) of North Plainfield, N.J.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou negotiated the long-term lease. Gabe Amzallag of MSC Retail was the tenant’s broker in the transaction.
“Fairground Plaza’s location and high daily consumer traffic makes it a desirable location for any retail tenant,” said Kyriacou. “Wireless communications services providers are a boon to neighborhood shopping centers, driving traffic and providing convenience for local consumers. T-Mobile joins a strong lineup of service-oriented retailers, and we are pleased to be part of this nationally recognized brand’s continued expansion.”
Located on High Street (Route 541) at Woodpecker Lane, Fairground Plaza serves a residential population of more than 85,000 people with an average household income of more than $92,000 within a five-mile radius. Anchored by Acme supermarket and Staples, the center’s well-balanced tenant mix includes the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, Dollar Tree, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Friendly’s, Santander and Beneficial banks, Advance Auto Parts and Aaron’s Furniture, along with a strong complement of local restaurants and service providers.
