Inspire of West Chester Yoga Studio to Open Sept. 8 at Bradford Plaza

Members of the Community Invited to Attend Grand Opening Event

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 30, 2018 – Yoga studio Inspire of West Chester will officially open at Bradford Plaza on Saturday, Sept. 8. Members of the community are invited to attend a grand opening event beginning at 10 a.m. for a chance to win prizes, tour the 1,577-square-foot Inspire space and meet its team of experienced yoga instructors.

Levin Management Corporation (LMC) of North Plainfield, N.J., serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 161,000-square-foot shopping center located at 700 Downingtown Pike in West Chester. “We are pleased to welcome Inspire of West Chester to Bradford Plaza,” said Sidney Singer, LMC’s senior leasing representative for the property. “Boutique fitness concepts are continuing to expand and grow in key markets. The addition of a yoga studio complements our tenant mix, which also features Orangetheory Fitness. Having these two unique workout options in one convenient location will allow local consumers to diversify their daily and weekly fitness routines.”

Inspire of West Chester will be open seven days a week, with early morning and evening classes available to accommodate participants’ busy schedules. In conjunction with the grand opening, new students are invited to try six introductory classes over 21 days, specially priced at $40.

“Yoga is beneficial to all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels and degrees of flexibility,” said Inspire of West Chester Owner Jaki Reynolds, who has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. “Bradford Plaza has a fantastic neighborhood feeling. We are excited to open here and strive to be a community-based studio that encourages everyone to enjoy the many mind and body benefits that a yoga workout provides.”

Reynolds said Inspire of West Chester also will host regular donation-based classes. The first such class takes place on Sept. 30 and will raise funds and awareness for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s pediatric oncology unit yoga program in its new King of Prussia satellite location.

Bradford Plaza is anchored by a Giant Food supermarket and Walgreens, and is also home to national tenants such as Petco and Dollar Tree. The center also includes optical provider New Vision Family Eye Care; Fractured Prune doughnuts and a mix of local retailers, restaurants and service providers. More than 108,000 people comprise the growing population within a five-mile radius of Bradford Plaza. That same area also boasts an average household income more than $118,000 and a daily traffic count of 63,500 vehicles.

LMC is marketing additional available space at Bradford Plaza ranging from 1,650 to 7,900 square feet, including a proposed pad site opportunity.

For more than 65 years, LMC has served as a trusted single-source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners. The firm today maintains a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of approximately 105 properties totaling 15 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, offering leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services. LMC’s capabilities continue to evolve with new technologies, efficiencies and sustainability-focused initiatives to serve a new generation of properties, investors and tenants.
