Retail repositioning at mixed-use development gains more momentum. Ruth's Chris Steak House opens in signature building.
Mixed-use Princeton Forrestal Village, on US 1, is a unique property with equally unique anchors and tenants.
CAN DO Fitness and Koi Spa have created the northeast's most upscale fitness facility in the 65,000 SF Market Hall, and three excellent restaurants (including Ruth's Chris Steak House) draw diners 7 days a week.
In the home goods category, Luxe Home Company, which moved here (and expanded) from downtown Princeton, and Calico Home, already provide strong drawing power.
In the apparel category, the Silver Shop (in its second Princeton location), and Exquisite Bride are proving to be extremely popular. The owner of the Silver Shop has also leased another store at the Village, where he has opened the Princeton Art Gallery.
